2015 June 19: Banskata in Lalmonirhat District, Monitoring the human rights situation in the formerly Indian enclaves in Bangladesh territory transferred to Bangladesh sovereignty and control by Bangladesh-Indian treaty of 6 June 2015.


2014 January - December: Moscow, Russian Federation, OHCHR-Moscow Expert Consultant to Develop Masters Curriculum on Human Rights Monitoring, Investigation and Reporting for 9 Russian Universities.


2013 May 20: Florence, Italy, "Quality Control in International Fact-Finding of International Crimes", Forum for International Criminal and Humanitarian Law, the European University Institute, and Peking University International Law Institute.

2010 June 24-25: Leeds, United Kingdom, "UN Human Rights Monitoring in Relation to ICC Fact-Finding".

2009 May 18-20: Phnom Penh, Cambodia, Training for Government of Cambodia officials on Reporting to the UN Human Rights Council's Universal Periodic Review.

2009 February 25-27: Geneva, Switzerland, Seminar on the UN Human Rights Council and the ICC, HURIDOCS, presentation on fact-finding on serious violations of human rights, humanitarian law and international criminal law.

2007 September - December: Geneva and New York, Coordinator for UN Human Rights Council Group of Experts on Darfur, Monitoring and drafting of UN report on Sudan's implementation of human rights recommendations, managed diplomatic negotiations for 7 Council mandate-holders and Government of the Sudan in Geneva and New York. Management, analysis, monitoring and reporting on violations in Darfur, including coordination with the African Union, UN Mission in Sudan, UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, and other information sources. Liaison with the mass media.

2004 November 30 - 2 December: Lund, Sweden, Discussant at "Workshop on Guidelines for Fact-finding with Respect to Alleged Breaches of Human Rights" RWI, International Bar Association, Clemens Nathan Research Centre.

1994 September - December: Rwanda and Geneva, Switzerland, UN Security Council Commission of Experts on Rwanda, investigated sample massacre sites throughout Rwanda and drafted the Commission's Preliminary and Final Reports to the Security Council recommending the establishment of an international criminal tribunal for Rwanda.
